Enjoy majestic valley views from the great room while relaxing in front of our huge fireplace playing one of many board games or sipping wine while the chef in the group prepares meals in the fully equipped open kitchen.

Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, one master bedroom, two other bedrooms plus a second living area with two bunk beds. The house has three full baths, a hot tub and a sauna.

* Upon booking, the person who booked will be required to sign a rental agreement.
* Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that there is a $75 per night per pet fee. Max 2 pets.
* Maximum occupancy is 14. Strictly enforced as per State of VT Division of Fire and Safety.
* Eight guests are included in the nightly rate. Each guest over eight is $100 per night.
* The nightly rate includes hot tub maintenance. The hot tub is serviced between each stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
